About me
Im in love with psychology and medicine
I have always been fascinated by how the human mind works and how closely it is connected with the rest of the body. I am genuinely interested in understanding people, exploring the reasons behind their experiences, and finding a path towards change together. In my work, I draw on professional education, ongoing training, supervision and life experience.

My path into psychology
Before entering the field of psychology, I completed two degrees — in law and business management. Over time, however, my genuine interest in people and their stories became more important to me. I went on to complete a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and am currently completing my Master's degree in Counselling Psychology.
Having gone through difficult periods in my own life, I understand many of the challenges my clients face. I do not offer quick advice or ready-made solutions, but I do believe that change is possible. Sometimes it takes knowledge and time, but often it also takes another person — someone who truly listens and helps you understand yourself and develop a stronger sense of inner support.

A little personal
I am a mother of two teenage sons, so boundaries, identity, and challenging conversations are familiar to me not only from textbooks, but also from everyday life. Sport, music and my love of pets help me stay grounded, restore my energy and maintain balance.
